Step-by-Step Application of SikaGrout®-212.
Mixing: Add the required amount of clean water into a suitable container. Gradually introduce SikaGrout®-212 powder while stirring. Mix with a low-speed drill (<500 rpm) for at least 3 minutes until smooth and lump-free. Always mix full bags for best results.
Application: After mixing, let it stand for 2–3 minutes, stir again, and pour or pump into prepared areas. Its superior flow ensures full void filling with no segregation or trapped air.
Curing: Protect freshly applied material from premature drying. Use moist coverings or curing compounds for optimal performance.
Cleaning: Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use — before the material hardens.
